The Fraunhofer Energy Alliance is the portal to the research and service activities of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in the fields of energy technology and the energy economy.

Together with industry, we strive to further expand the technological lead that Germany holds in the efficient use of energy and in the development of renewable energy sources. Through the Fraunhofer Alliance Energy, small and medium-sized companies, but also policy makers and the solar industry gain an easier access to the qualifications and expertise of the Fraunhofer Institutes.
