E-World Energy & Water I Still on track for record results in its anniversary year
Fraunhofer Energy Alliance
New records, in-depth content, and an enthusiastic industry: on its 25th anniversary, E‑world energy & water at Messe Essen was stronger than ever before. Over 37,000 trade visitors—a new record—came to find out more at Europe's leading trade fair for the energy industry. A total of 1,136 exhibitors—also a new record and an increase of 16 percent—presented their energy supply solutions.
The Fraunhofer Energy Alliance was represented by three member institutes in the Smart Energy sector. Many interesting discussions were held, existing contacts were cultivated, and new contacts were made at the 63 m² stand.
The Fraunhofer Institutes involved were:
- Energiewirtschaft und Energiesystemtechnik IEE (iee.fraunhofer.de)
- Optronik, Systemtechnik und Bildauswertung – Institutsteil Angewandte Systemtechnik IOSB-AST (iosb.fraunhofer.de)
- Solare Energiesysteme ISE (ise.fraunhofer.de)
